Travel:
Airport shuttle transfers to and from Denpasar Airport to Desa Seni are
 included. 

Daily Yoga:
Retreat includes two daily yoga classes. We'll be moving through the chakras with uplifting flow classes in the morning and grounding hatha classes and posture workshopping in the afternoon. 
Classes are all-levels, taught by yoga alliance certified E-YTT instructor Chantal O'Sullivan
Expect to learn, relax, recharge and renew.

Getting there:

Transportation is not included in your retreat package. 
But we do give you support and tips in booking: especially if it's your first trip to Bali.

Fly to:
Denpasar, Bali. 

Tip:
Look for a flight with less stop-overs. 

For instance, from Vancouver, Canada,
a typical flight might go direct to Hong Kong, 
have a short lay-over, then take you directly to Denpasar.


Airport transfer from Denpasar to Desa Seni is included, 
provided you arrive the day of the retreat, March 30,
 & notify us ahead of time. 

Retreat Timing: 
Arrival, or check-in for retreat: 2 p.m. March 30 (first class is at 5:30 p.m.)
&
Check-out: 12 p.m. April 5 (we'll have class that morning + breakfast)

Meet your Retreat Leader: Chantal O'Sullivan
Chantal O'Sullivan loves yoga, and this comes across in her classes.
Expect to learn better alignment, a strong focus on breathing, and 
vinyasa classes that leave you feeling challenged and focuses.
Her yin classes on the other hand, encourage you to find your own depth, 
to let go and open up. 
She leads yoga retreats around the globe, is owner and founder of Shanti Yoga, 
and is a two-time lululemon ambassador. 
Her own studentship began more than 15 years ago, and since then she's
studied with many greats. 
But her biggest teachers are her students, her friends, family and well,
LIFE.

She believes a yoga retreat should be a celebration of yoga, health and letting go.
Her retreats encourage you to find time to relax, try new things and deepen your yoga experience.

YOGA:

Experience all-levels uplifting vinyasa flow classes in the morning

& grounding Yin yoga or posture workshopping in the afternoon sessions. 


The week is designed to help you open up physically and gain strength.

At the same time deepen your yoga practice and learn better alignment too.

Classes are all-levels, led by yoga alliance certified E-RYT retreat leader 

and two-time lululemon ambassador, 

Chantal O'Sullivan.


Expect yoga classes that are fun, alignment-focused and 

inspired by breathing, moving and enjoying all aspects of yoga.


Learn, relax, align and renew. 

 

A typical day at the retreat  

8 a.m. sunrise yoga in the outdoor pavilion 

10 a.m. substantial group breakfast

11 a.m- 1:30 p.m. free time 

2 p.m. fresh smoothie/drink + snack

4:30 p.m. yoga in the outdoor pavilion

7:30 p.m. group supper



Classes are taught outdoors in the Trimurti Yoga Deck; mats  and props are provided.
Terms:

*All Shanti Yoga events, workshops and retreats are 100% non-refundable 

within 30 days of the scheduled event.


* We require a $500 non-refundable deposite to confirm your booking.

* 90 days prior to trip departure balance owing is due.

* Room selections are designated through a first come, first served basis subject to availability. 

* Shanti Yoga Limited will not be responsible for any additional travel 

expenses incurred in preparation for retreats 

or cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. 

* Please ensure your passport is valid, beyond 6 months of departure, 

and your travel health insurance is up-to-date.

* Consult with your doctor if you are new to yoga. 

* Waiver and Par-Q required prior to retreat.
