At South Delta's Shanti Yoga we think yoga should be fun and that variety is the spice of life. So please try an assortment of classes and teachers.

Yoga helps improve posture, decrease stress while lengthening and strengthening muscles. It also helps people to feel better fast.

And yes, at Shanti Yoga we always encourage students: "Have fun!" Yoga is for everybody: Not just the bendy people!



  • Flow: Energizing mix of hatha and vinyasa. 


  • Hatha: Less flow, more alignment with plenty of time to settle in. A good class for newer yogis and beginners, and anyone who wants a good stretch.

  • Gentle Hatha: Great for new students or anyone looking to get their stretch on. Improve flexibility, de-stress and feel great.

  • Yin yoga: Slow and yummy, with plenty of stretching and room to say,"ah." Your body will thank you. Do more yin.

  • Power: Challenging, detoxifying and fun. Yes, you will sweat. Bring a towel and a little energy to this vinyasa-style yoga class. Not recommended for first-timers.

  • Core FLOW: A fun, energizing class that helps you integrate your core a whole lot more. Includes fun sequences. Great for ALL levels.

  • Rise n' Shine Saturday Flow: Wake up, roll out of bed and get moving. This 60-min weekend MUST DO is all about starting your day off right. One word: YUM.

  • Back to the Basics Easy Flow: This class kicks it old school taking you back to the basics in a fun, laid-back way. 

  • Shanti Sweat: Detoxifying and fun and practiced in a warmed room. Bring a towel. Bring a water bottle. Bring a little energy & prepare to have a great work-out! Not recommended for first-timers.
    • (No "set" series, this class is like power flow class, but in a warmed - not hot - room.)
