Why Yoga?
The benefits of yoga are endless. ENDLESS.
But you've got to do it to know it. You've got to do it to believe it. You've got to do it to feel it.
And once you get started, side effects include smiling more, a toned, fit body, an easy-going attitude to line-ups in the grocery store, and well, an overall feeling of what we yogis call "santosha" or contentment. You'll see. (And go ahead, ask a yogi, or one of our students.)
And remember: Everyone's experience on the mat is their own. It changes daily.
Some days are easier than others. But every time you do yoga is a chance to begin again. A chance to feel a whole lot better.
